I was looking for an apartment to rent for almost a month. I showed up to this open house. I liked the place and applied for it. Fortunately for me, Peter was the agent for the place. He was very efficient and super quick in processing application. So, I applied that night, he processed everything the next day, I met the landlady the day after and got the apartment. Peter was keeping me informed by email and text throughout the whole process. Before meeting Peter, I was calling/emailing to other places for a while, but the processing time was very slow. With Peter, everything was super quick. Any time I emailed Peter with a question, he was always very quick to reply. When signing the lease, he went through different clauses to make sure I understand it. Would definitely work with him the next time I am looking for a place.

I went on an apartment tour with Peter Yeh today and it was pretty amazing. Not only was it actually fun (I know, seems impossible) but it was informative too. Great idea to do a 2 hour tour to not only get an idea of the area but to look at tons of apartments at once. I just started apartment hunting today and I already feel like Im ahead of the game. I came in prepared with a filled out rental application, a copy of my drivers license, copies of my pay stubs and a check ready to give to Peter so they can run my credit. My partner and I just moved from Baltimore to San Francisco. We were first time renters with no experience on how to find apartments.
